Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine is a safe, legal, and effective medication prescribed off-label to treat various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety and PTSD. It's antidepressant and mood-enhancing effects can start within hours after treatment and may last for several weeks. When combined with careful preparation and intentional integration, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy can prolong these effects, creating deeper and more sustainable long-term growth and transformation.
Ketamine can be used as part of ongoing psychotherapy or as part of a time-limited Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. Before your first ketamine session, we'll meet 2-3 times and discuss your hopes, plans, and how I can best support you in this work. I'll teach you how to prepare your mind, body, and setting and create an intention for your Ketamine Assisted Therapy session.
I will refer you to one of several MD's who have extensive experience prescribing ketamine for individuals recovering from mental health challenges. That MD will meet with you for an online or in-person medical assessment to help us further determine if ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is right for you.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Session Fees:
I charge $215 per 50-55 minute session
I accept cash, check, and credit card (including HSA/FSA cards).
I can provide a monthly statement if your insurance plan pays for out-of-network providers.
Ketamine has many methods of administration. I currently work with medical providers who offer intravenous (IV) or sublingual lozenges (SL). I will work with you to review the benefits and risks of each method and dosage to customize your ketamine treatment to your needs. Clients are screened to ensure that they meet the criteria of a diagnosable disorder causing functional impairment in one of the above areas, and that conventional treatments have been tried and have failed to create improvement. In addition to my hourly rates for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, you are responsible for paying the medical provider for their time and for the prescription medication.
